Pros

I should start by saying that HR is best friends with everyone who founded this company, so HR will never have your best interest at heart. That's common at most companies, but there is a loyalty here between HR and C level executives that is like none other, so please be mindful of complaining to HR because you will only be retaliated against. Secondly, if you have an OUNCE of humanity and decency in you, this place is not for you. It is made from horror stories. the people that work here are so incredibly evil and do not care about anything but doing whatever it takes to make $1. They are not innovative in their products or thinking. In this day at age its incredible how this company has managed to raise money but they are good at putting on a show for investors, customers and clients. If they only knew what was happening behind the scenes. Besides their awful business schemes, more than anything it is the horrible culture. Very old school thinking, it's a different world, it makes my skin crawl.. I don't wish this place on my worst enemy.

Cons

everything. I have trauma from working here. they really like to make fun of anyone that isn't from their culture, which is crazy because they are trying so hard to grow internationally. you don't attract talent this way.
