Pros

I don’t know how they are still in business. They run all of their processes manually and they make so many mistakes and it takes them forever to do anything at all. Their LT consists of people who need to go back to basics and learn how companies work before they should be allowed to make any management decisions. People that work there are hit or miss. Only some are actually smart and nice but most are unfortunately not that intelligent and they will stub you in the back because that’s how they stay hired there. Avoid that company unless you want to work in toxic environment with outdated technologies.

Pros

Great role to transition into the insurance industry. Many resources and opportunities to expand technical knowledge. Client visits are great if you like to travel. Lucky to have a manager who doesn’t micromanage. If you’re organized, driven, and good at communicating you’ll do great.

Cons

Can be stressful at times around busy renewal cycles. Travel often depending on industry and clients.
