Pros
Plenty of unwanted training programs to waste your time Culture and values are decent. You have plenty of extra curricular activities in office for those who just want to have fun and do no work!
Cons
Bangalore center is just an outsourced arm. No core jobs here, just data entry type of jobs. If you want to waste your career and gain zero experience you can join here. Management doesn't care for the employees welfare or growth - enter data and leave, that's all you have to do. Pay is not good either and hikes are pathetic!
