      Pros

      Good work life balance Good salary, hike and bonus at the end of the year Work from home is allowed. Leaves are allowed

      Cons

      If you are in AON for more than 3 years then you cant easily change your job Work on old technology Dont have much for colleagues working from India. most of the good work is carried out by US colleagues Management act on US instruction, so self decision. No carrier progression as people are in such comfort zone and not leaving the organization

      Pros

      Great role to transition into the insurance industry. Many resources and opportunities to expand technical knowledge. Client visits are great if you like to travel. Lucky to have a manager who doesn’t micromanage. If you’re organized, driven, and good at communicating you’ll do great.

      Cons

      Can be stressful at times around busy renewal cycles. Travel often depending on industry and clients.
