Pros
Reasonable pay, good winning culture, good location in the City, good ability to move around internally, reasonably friendly culture, lucrative share scheme (to date)
Cons
Difficult to move salary without major promotions. Little thanks for over performed years - like everywhere, there's always someone that's used as a scapegoat at bonus time, plus over performance rewarded by much bigger targets the next year.
