* Aon IT has a great culture to work in. People from various departments are always happy to help out and work together to solve problems and complete projects. * The global CEO has a great mantra - "We're here to help a client or help a colleague to help a client". * Great location in the Sydney CBS but just outside the main congested areas. * Quite a few staff have 10, 20 or even 30 years of service with Aon, so they know the business well and work together well. * Work/life balance is very good with the opportunity to work from home when required.
Cons
Aon IT is currently going through a series of globalisation restructures. Some IT departments are affected more that others. Global IT even accept a reduction of service to the business in order to save money.
