They gave good computer, free coffee and tea, nice working space. Extensive training.

Cons

As in Customer Service it was stressful and you always had to be kind to people on the phone.

Pros

Clearly defined career ladder Exposure to a wide range of clients and projects.

Cons

Inconsistent team culture. Some teams feel clique-oriented, so it's difficult for new employees to integrate. Training can be limited, with a strong expectation to learn independently.
