Pros

Quarterly lunch and annual outing

Cons

ITG (now dissolved and transitioned to TCS and Accenture) was tech backbone of many businesses of Aon. But some stupid decisions taken by leadership - who don't even knows 'T' of technology thought to give headache of running IT to IT vendors. Handling the entire transition and layoffs was the work of an amateur. The main brain Rich and *unit*a are worst leaders any organization can have. Sipping coffee and giving advice sitting at Chicago office doesn't help those who lost jobs. Never ever join Aon for captive technology work.

Pros

Great role to transition into the insurance industry. Many resources and opportunities to expand technical knowledge. Client visits are great if you like to travel. Lucky to have a manager who doesn’t micromanage. If you’re organized, driven, and good at communicating you’ll do great.

Cons

Can be stressful at times around busy renewal cycles. Travel often depending on industry and clients.
