Pros

Easy work and the website used by employees to help in their work is constantly being upgraded by various members of the permanent staff. Pay is every week.

Cons

Manager of the call centre bias. In a nut shell, the lower the job the higher the function… mailbox configuration might appear complex at first as employees of the call centre are requested to check it often during the day. Communications between staff members can be spied on by manager of call centre without your knowledge. Better walk away if you are in your sixties.

Clearly defined career ladder Exposure to a wide range of clients and projects.

Cons

Inconsistent team culture. Some teams feel clique-oriented, so it's difficult for new employees to integrate. Training can be limited, with a strong expectation to learn independently.
