- employees are so appreciative to have 1:1 assistance with understanding often complex benefit plans - teams are always available to respond to tricky questions or unusual situations. - Work months are predominantly Sept, Oct and Nov - online training provided for every case so all counselors are very well prepared with the nuances of each plan - great teammates and friendly community
Cons
- not necessarily a con, but the work is primarily Sept, Oct and Nov and not always 40 hours each week. So if you are flexible with your time that seems to be the most helpful
