Pros
The only advantage of working in Aon (AON assessment solutions) vertical is Ranjit Singh. The current Vice president is very supportive and trying to create a healthy environment. You will learn so many things from him. He is just a one man army handling the AAS vertical single handed.
Cons
Team politics, you will get a lot of criticism for your good work. Defame culture, lack of learning, high rate of demotivation, poor review culture. No team bonding because of upper management. Being a mid level work you will have a lot of dependency in order to abandon your own skill. I would suggest better work with Ranjit only.
