      Friendly colleagues Company mostly cares about it employees Fair pay Good benefits Additional days off throughout the year is a nice additional perk

      Cons

      Senior management are somewhat disengaged with the workforce and some of their decisions reflect this Tribal mentality among teams/hunger games mentality at times Bonus scheme doesnt reflect performance and feels quite random

      Pros

      Great role to transition into the insurance industry. Many resources and opportunities to expand technical knowledge. Client visits are great if you like to travel. Lucky to have a manager who doesn’t micromanage. If you’re organized, driven, and good at communicating you’ll do great.

      Cons

      Can be stressful at times around busy renewal cycles. Travel often depending on industry and clients.
