Pros

Software used is good. There are two trainers around to conduct workshop and training and we can approach them easily. A good place for learning and work for two years before moving to another company. Pay well but expects a lot from you. Everyone is growth oriented and aggressive

Cons

Turnover rate is very high. Quality of Work is demanding and workload is heavy. Processing team in india make mistakes. Management overly strive for growth and improvement which can be very taxing on staff.

Clearly defined career ladder Exposure to a wide range of clients and projects.

Cons

Inconsistent team culture. Some teams feel clique-oriented, so it's difficult for new employees to integrate. Training can be limited, with a strong expectation to learn independently.
