Pros
Work from home is nice at times, good to learn health and welfare benefits to get your foot in the door at another job. Can wear jeans to work.
Cons
Work you to death, no work life balance, managers degrade you, upper management doesn't care about employees, not paid for the amount of time put in, upper management only sees dollar signs and doesn't think of impact on employees before committing to projects, while working from home can be nice they expect you to work on weekends and at night. This place is an HR nightmare. Managers make inappropriate comments to workers in front of others, no formal one on ones, reviews are based on favoritism, truly can't back up anything they say. Having a good work ethic and having a genuine care for others only hurts you at this company.
