      Working at Aon has been very beneficial. Aon is very involved in local, national, and global communities and has excellent resource groups and benefits. There is great potential to move within Aon. Great Veteran support and a efficient and employee oriented CEO.

      Cons

      Movement within Aon is restricted to after the first year anniversary mark of employement. Salaries are not as competitive with surrounding like professions in some areas of Aon

      Pros

      Great role to transition into the insurance industry. Many resources and opportunities to expand technical knowledge. Client visits are great if you like to travel. Lucky to have a manager who doesn’t micromanage. If you’re organized, driven, and good at communicating you’ll do great.

      Cons

      Can be stressful at times around busy renewal cycles. Travel often depending on industry and clients.
