I love working here! I feel like a valuable member of a team. I have never felt like simply a number.

Honestly I can't think of anything

*good relationship with immediate coworkers *paid health insurance

*underpaid for work being done *over pressured by upper management with little payout or even recognition for hard work *lack of communication from upper management *quality of paid health insurance does not make up for, to quote an owner, "paying $4-5 less per hour" *fostering toxic work environments by lack of discipline for long term employees *there is a push to do referrals for open job opportunities, but they do not call back most of the people referred
