Pros

very warm and friendly staff, fruit baskets, free tea and coffee, working in a helping role with the public, convenient location, car parking space, buy and sell holidays, lots of perks from pensions to summer BBQs, dress down Fridays, often try to be flexible for parents or people who need adjusted hours, service days holidays approved if you work there long enough, private health care, good time off at christmas

Cons

Terrible pay. Never expect role security unless you prove yourself useless in which case you will never move; you'll move teams every few weeks and have to retrain or take on extra work or projects for no rewards. Constantly move bonus structures and appraisal criteria if they feel too many people get it. Not enough training for dealings with suicidal clients. High staff tournover from management down. Company has displayed little to no rewards for loyalty to long term staff members of 20 years + . HR has previously been a running joke. Some roles have very unrealistic targets. Some managers a dream; others a nightmare. Systems crash daily.

Pros

The company has potential and is definitely trying. Awesome meeting rooms and good workers. Small building and easy access.

Cons

Not a great career, management say they are approachable but they are not. They always have the heating on and it's unbearable. The company have taken on too many cases and don't know half of their clients and it's all up in the air. Can never make up their mind what they want you to do and no matter how hard you work you are always blamed for not being better. No training either just sit beside someone and expect to know everything in a week. The company is a shambles and the salary is terrible for such a stressful job. Their quarterly bonus is worth less than a fortnightly dole payment and all they care about is getting a better nps score to compete against other companies.
