I have seen no pros to date.
Cons
They take a larger cut than most companies for their contracts but give no benefits. Their hiring team (HR) are amazingly incompetent, sitting for a full month on my starting paperwork- blaming their background review company the whole time. All the paperwork is manual, nothing was online, requiring sensitive data to be handled via email rather than encrypted sites.
