Pros
- Work with the Co-Founders on a daily basis. They are there to support you and help you grow in your career - Young company that has grown 3x during Covid-19. Promotions, Salary Increases, etc are all attainable for those that put in the work. - The company chemistry is amazing. Everyone from management down is easy to get along with and really make you feel like you are part of the "Apex Family" - HUGE opportunities for growth. As the company grows so do you.
Cons
Not too many to think of but... - Long hours but this is what will make you $ and successful. - Its hard work and not for everyone. You have to be motivated and patient with the role and with Apex in general. After a few months, you will be flying in the role and making good earnings but again this is what you make of it
