Located at Melbourne airport there was always something going on and some interesting aircraft to see. Management did not micromanage. Good 401k match.

When I started the benefits were terrible. They did improve but were not great. Unfortunately the sales and marketing was non existent so the charter dept ended up being sold. All upper management that were there when I worked there are now gone. It was stressful working there towards the end. I was often required to be on duty at weekends and not compensated accordingly.
