Pros
They have a laid back atmosphere, you are not tied to a desk or office.
Cons
They will absolutley swindle you. There is no communication between employees and management. If you have questions, they will ignore your calls. They will tell you that you will recieve pay per job, but it will only be roughly half of what is discussed, and they will not explain the discrepency. The company guaranteed a minimum pay per day, but do not or will not actually pay it. They will give you days off you did not ask for because there is not enough work available. There is no pay for mileage, only small trip charges and there is no continuity between trips. They will have you drive 200 miles a day and you will get very little mileage reimbursement, if any at all. Some days you will be offered a trip charge, and then not recieve one for driving twice the mileage on another day. You can not budget because of inconsistent routes and varying pay. It is also a w-2, so you will not be able to expense mileage. YOU WILL ABSOLUTLEY LOSE MONEY DOING THIS JOB!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!
