Pros

Company pays well to employees that have the abilities to sell and make money.

Cons

Doesn’t really have any appreciation from management if employees doesn’t PR. Management is biased as only care about very high earner employees and gives them authority. So employees that is under those people that have authority, you will have no say even if it’s unfair as there will be some abuse of authority. Have some gray area on how employee’s salary being calculated.

Cons

Really really high hire and fire culture. A lot of unfairness and unsaid rules that you need to figure out on your own. Your treatment is heavily influenced by sales performance. Abuse in authority is very obvious, if you’re not the favourite you’re going to suffer here. A very unpleasant and toxic environment to work in.

Cant think of any for the company.

Cons

Hire and fire culture. Extremely high turn over rate even for office staff. Horrible compensation packages for office staff. Extremely bias management. Office staff does not have much welfare as the retail staff. Retail staff having team dinner and team bonding events on a bi/monthly basis while office staff is once in a blue moon kind. When ideas are shared, they will just waste your time by asking you to do research and rejecting whatever proposal you have. Favouritism in the company. This particular staff is untouchable and no matter which department the person goes to, everyone is unable to work with that person. Even when the person is caught slacking in the job, would not be ask to leave. Last but not least, earning a high salary but doing nothing at work.
