Opportunities to learn new technologies and work across data, digital, cloud, and AI-focused initiatives. The organization encourages ownership and gives employees space to contribute meaningfully. Leadership and HR teams are generally responsive and supportive during onboarding and project transitions. Good place to build consulting experience and understand how large client engagements are managed. Collaborative culture with teammates who are willing to guide and help when needed.
