Pros
Flexible schedule, great for part-time work if you're a graphic designer or social media whiz. They offer competitive pay and you get to work with high-profile clients of Aphillyated and other brands owned by their parent company.
Cons
They often asked me to meet impossible deadlines for projects. If I couldn't meet them or committed to the project and it took me longer than expected, they gave the next upcoming projects to another designer and they scrap your work-in-progress and you WON'T BE PAID if you didn't meet your contract deadline - regardless of how many hours you put into the project!!! They're only happy with you if you keep them happy, they don't care to hear your excuse and will talk down to you if you miss a "MAJOR" deadline on a priority project and they need to bring on other designers to complete it. I worked hard off for them and in the end I wasn't able to fulfill my contract obligations on TWO projects!!! They terminated the contract, had another designer do the project and I learned the hard way not to use them as a reference for future employment.
