Pros

- Great people - proud to work with this group of humans - Great pay, great bene's - Finally seeing diversity in the ELT (I know they were trying for a while...now we see the payoff) - The merge brought us to a new scale and we're now seeing what that brings in terms of not having to build everything from scratch with duct tape and rubber bands. We're using higher caliber vendors, we have extra benefits like an LMS and a fertility vendor.

Cons

- Mergers are difficult and people can be sensitive about them. We're almost through all that, but I can still see a touch of it here and there. - Working on the culture and it shows. It's improving and we're getting close to being one company. But since the two legacy companies had very different cultures, there's still a lingering us v them in certain pockets. - We aren't yet great at video on or video off, time zones, in general just working in a remote world....but we'll get there.
