Bad management not everyone is treated equally - Facilities Coordinator Apleona Employee Review

Very poor management, with little to no experience in managing a team or individuals, there inexperience also showed when dealing with members of the team as it was obvious that they favoured some staff for training and personal development and those opportunities where not afforded to others, I don't want to use the word racist but I would say the discriminated against a certain group. Commutation and training was non existent for staff unless you were friends with the manager. 4 staff have left in the last 6 months with more to follow...
