- Extremely long hours - Low pay (especially when compared to the hours you'll be putting in) - Toxic work environment - you'll be expected to work weekends (and be appreciated on public channels when you do so) - Unreasonable management expectations on output & timelines - Poor WLB, unsupportive employee policies - never had an employee survey while I have been working there
