Pros
Smaller company, very nice co-workers, great place to improve electrical, manufacturing and production management skill as the position give you a taste of it. Great place to start a career in Mechanical engineering design as all custom design are manufactured at the facility. Great place to get a grasp on the ins and out of lighting manufacturing.
Cons
Even though things work pretty well the company equipments , production, and manufacturing process is getting pretty close to outdated. So expect things take a bit longer and require more detail to push to production. This is very noticeable for experience M. engineer or if your coming from a newer manufacturing plant.
