Top management lacks technical knowledge and this is being taken advantage by incompetent middle managers I’ve been working here since 4 years, and almost everyday I’ve been seeing the pharma team failing at ‘kafka consumer lag’, leading to losing live orders Pharma manager real noob Java is being used just to show off (oh use reactive Java making it look so elegant but we forgot to have proper setup to easily debug the application) Non deserving boot licking employees have been given promotions Middle management running personal agendas (is your data safe?)
