Pros

Working here has been such an incredible experience! Every day feels less like “going to work” and more like spending time with a group of friends who just happen to be amazing at what they do. The atmosphere is fun, supportive, and full of energy. What makes it even better are the people—I’m surrounded by teammates who are not only talented but also genuinely kind, helpful, and uplifting. We work hard, but we also laugh, encourage each other, and celebrate wins big and small. On top of that, the company makes it a point to keep things fun and connected. We have monthly virtual hangouts where we play games together, and once a year we all meet up in person for a few days to explore a new city, spend time together, and just have a great time—and the company covers the trip! It’s rare to find a job where you can enjoy yourself this much while also feeling proud of the work you’re doing. I feel lucky to be part of such an amazing team, and I can honestly say this is the most fun I’ve had in a workplace!

Cons

Like with any customer-facing job, sometimes you’ll run into a caller who’s having a bad day and takes it out on you. It can be tough in the moment, but that’s really just part of the nature of the work and is completely out of the company’s control. Thankfully, the support from teammates makes it easier to brush off those moments and move on.

Pros

Management listens and actually takes feedback to heart. The company actually takes enuser feedback into account. They also give tons of feedback ongoing. You meet with you crew commanders (team leads) and we are incouraged to help eachother out.

Cons

Sometimes the work can be hard, customers service isn't for everyone. However, our team helps support eachother throught the difficult callers.
