      Benefits, Vacation time (you can get up to 5 weeks vacation plus all national holidays, plus one choice holiday, plus sick time) and pay (usually higher than average for most positions)

      Cons

      The company has lost direction and a lot of great people so the ones left are either trying to figure out what's going on at the top or have lost motivation and are there just for the salary and benefits
