Terrible Executive leadership, no direction, just trying to stay afloat without really addressing the core of the company issues. It's a "boy's club." Lack of direction and no culture. The employees that stay are lucky enough to work with a good group or boss, and can be shielded from the drama but otherwise it's awful. There is nowhere for the company to go, and since the headquarters are in Phoenix you deal with a very disjointed experience if you work out of a different office. Employees are just a number.
