      High work load and expectations, overtime without pay often expected. Benefits are not very competitive.

      Very quick growth with many resources. Great team to work with and good work culture.

      Still relatively new company and experiencing growing pains as systems and teams grow and change.

      Pros

      Pretty open to going whatever path you'd like. Fast growing company. Just unclear if being in early for it would be beneficial for anyone except shareholders.

      Cons

      High workload with poor definition of what's expected. Poor benefits like PTO and 401k. No bonuses and lower than average compensation.
