Good brand image. Respect infront of dealers Good product line Salaries on time

Sales pressure is on the shoulders of territory incharge District managers good for nothing except playing cheap politics Growth is very very slow Dont join at low package bcoz every year u will get 30,000 as an increament only Sales guy will play the role in service as well and service guys are busy in tour and online complaints. For all good things credit goes to your immediate boss.. Company is good for learning but not for long term as u will end up ur career at mere 10lacs of package whereas a company like CEAT is giving 10 lacs to its employee at entry level..

Learned all the processes from rudimentary stage - extrusion - processing and curing stage for tire manufacturing

Cons

This Chennai branch had less labor and workforce to support the manufacturing chain.
