Pros
You have the ability to work remotely and unlimited PTO.
Cons
The company has a hole is extremely disorganized. The upper management highly prioritizes money, over client experience and will do just about anything in their power to save a buck. Although my team works together really well, we had a lack of support from upper management. They will give you pretty cheap equipment to work with as well. They have built their business off of acquiring other firms, and given accommodations to nearly every single one of them making the job of everyone else at the company much more difficult. They lack standardization, and it makes me concerned for the future of the company. Overall, a pollen does not seem like a company that works in the best interest of the clients and acts very much like a startup in their first year of operations, even though it’s been nearly 10 years since they started.
