The management was not effective in my experience. Office politics were prevalent, and certain members of management seemed to prioritize female employees over others, leading to favoritism. The overall working environment felt toxic, making it difficult to stay motivated and perform at my best. I believe a more transparent and fair approach to leadership would greatly improve the workplace culture.
