If you're trying to pick a trend from the recent reviews, please don't discredit them all as "disgruntled former employees" - the fact that there has been a mass exodus since December is only a tell-tale sign that everyone is jumping from a sinking ship. Since merging with Arrow, Apotex company culture in Australia has been stripped of anything fun and positive - we are now the work horses that are being whipped into submission. Quality standards have been stripped from our work, with a new message being clear: "get the work done, not done well". Despite the hiring surge since the start of 2020, most positions filled have only been top-heavy newly created "management" roles. The fact that departments and working positions aren't being replenished only shows the lack of foresight from Arrotex management - who are you going to delegate work to if you're all at the top end of the reporting chain?? Workload has only increased since COVID shrouded in ambiguity from management. Heed the warnings - run!
