I wouldn’t recommend if this is your first job. This is a high pressure environment, although the training program for associate medical writers is described to last a year,, there is intense pressure from day 1. There is no room to actually grow and learn because you’re under weekly pressure to achieve so you’re just pumping out work to make the managers happy and not actually digesting what you’re being taught.
