The work can be stressful and demanding but worth the effort

-As a financial services company that caters to the hispanic community, most holidays celebrated by latinos are celebrated and observed within the company. -Most co-workers were great to work with (depending on the branch).

There was a lack of separation of duties at the branch (employees were sometimes expected to process loan applications, manage the payment kiosk, and performing collection duties by calling customers with past due accounts. Some co-workers report feeling burnt out.
