Pros
Only for managers, not for developers or testers. Managers have little to no real work. Most of their responsibilities are pushed onto developers, despite managers lacking the technical knowledge needed for development. They also don’t understand requirements well enough to ask the right questions, so developers end up having to communicate directly with clients. The managers here are ineffective and add little value. And some senior developers will push work towards junior. It is hard for junior developers to survive.
Cons
Due to a toxic work culture, many employees have left the company midway without receiving their original certificates and proper relieving If you request your certificates, the company demands payment even if they themselves terminate your employment. This company is not employee-oriented. Forget about taking emergency leave. You must also clarify salary dates in advance—if you take leave at the end of the month, your salary will be delayed by another 15 days. Management tends to take revenge in every possible cheap way. Most of the work is basic support and routine tasks with high targets and very little time. There is no real learning. The company misleads clients with polished LinkedIn profiles and fake Google reviews that employees are forced to write. When I went to collect my original 10th certificate, I found it near the dustbin, crumpled and in poor condition. What do they get doing such things, I don't understand. But sure. All the curses of the employees will turn them into ashes one or another day. Look at all the reviews and decide for yourself before joining here.
