Pros
In general, the company is good, the attitude towards employees is fair and honest, which is very important, there is an opportunity for career growth and salary growth. I also really like the attitude of Tim Leader to the team and to each of its members, the girl is well done, she helps with all problems and if something doesn’t work out, she teaches.
Cons
To be honest, I have nothing to name in cons, I have not come across something like that. Nothing is perfect, so I will not say that they do not exist at all. But I just got lucky and didn't notice anything like that.
