good environment to learn new technologies - Senior Front End Web Developer AppFlow Solutions Employee Review

Joined AppFlow in 2016, left in 2018. Started with core java, gained good knowledge on dot net, android development and advanced java in 30 months. Relaxed work environment, though job demanded high level of ownership, worked on the most advanced tech stack of java. Company has european clients, majorly Germany. Two of my colleagues went onsite and were laterally hired there. More of skills, less of degrees. Irrespective of your pedigree, there are ample opportunities to grow. I started with android for mobile and later on backend with ASP.net but decided to pursue full stack development with advanced java.

1. We worked on a lot of bleeding edge of technology, features which weren't even available to beta testers. Instead of junior devs, seniors should work more on such projects. 2. Junior devs are not allowed much to work from home.

I get to work on the best of technologies available in the market. They always focus on providing a cloud based solution to all their customers. I am very happy with my superiors as they help us learn and adapt new technologies
