      None really come to mind, the only downside was no annual pay review was conducted in my time there.

      Pros

      Nice people. Very flexible working. Fun social events. Very supportive if you're struggling with work/have any personal issues. Work is rarely boring as new features are constantly being added. Perks such as a Macbook Pro, home office set-up budget and a Udemy Business subscription.

      Cons

      The dev team is quite small so opportunities to work with/learn from more experienced colleagues are limited.
