I recently joined AppSquadz as an SEO Trainee, and it’s been a great experience so far. The work environment here is genuinely positive and encouraging, especially for someone just starting out in their career. Whether it’s clearing doubts about SEO concepts or understanding how projects work, the seniors take time out to guide and mentor us patiently. The work culture is friendly and collaborative, not the typical rigid corporate setup. There’s a good balance between learning and doing actual hands-on work, which really helps trainees like me grow faster. The growth and learning opportunities here are excellent too. As a trainee, I’m getting exposure to real projects and practical SEO work rather than just theory, which is helping me build solid industry-ready skills. Workload can increase during deadlines. Some processes take time to learn for beginners, but it helps improve skills and understanding of digital marketing.
