Cons
Toxic environment driven by egotistical senior leadership. Some leaders create a culture of fear and control rather than support and collaboration. HR protects itself, plays favorites, and often rewards their own team while overlooking real contributors. Employees are micromanaged, constantly under a microscope, and often pushed out right before bonuses. Recently, leadership enforced a rigid 5-days-a-week return to office with no flexibility, which further damaged morale and work-life balance.
