      The Apparent management team has a great team-first attitude which provides a ton of support to its team members. The company is founded around great industry-leading technology, and the teams recieve lots of support from the top down. Many very smart people work here.

      The company is structured like a start-up. Innovation comes first, organization is an afterthought.

      Engineering-focused company with a great team of hardware and software engineers working to build smart grid systems that push the envelope in the renewable space.

      The company can sometimes feel a bit disorganized with little to no project management. This can cut both ways as engineers are given the ability to make decisions on what projects to pursue and how to pursue them.
