      Nothing !! But you will not be pressurised!! What to say ?? I don't find many pros here!! No target for sales person!!

      Everything their policy !! Their salary !! Fully politics !! No salary!! Worst Allowence for feild staffs!! may be suitable for new ones!! Don't stay here not more than 1 year !!
