Pros

~ Simple product with lots of interest in the market. ~ Get to work with some amazing customers! ~ Unlimited PTO ~ Excellent Benefits / nice office perks ~ Awesome teammates ~ Fun office parties

Cons

~They are so focused on creating a story of a great company instead of implementing the necessary changes in order for the company to be great. ~Trust was lost when they advised about not doing layoffs and then laid a lot of people off. ~ As an AM expect to interact with many higherups daily and often not in a good way. Company values seem to be lost when it moves up the chain. ~ Pay is not equal to what is asked of you. ~ Went from open to remote workers to having to be in office. ~ Major lack of diversity. ~ Commission is split by all including leadership; which means accounts you don’t even manage have an effect on your commission. ~ Often when things don’t go correctly with accounts, AMs are the first to be blamed. AMs spend a lot of time defending how they manage accounts. ~ There is no real effort to get to know employees outside of the head office or build comradery amongst teams. ~ Very hard to get noticed / move up when the OGs / higher-ups are all long time friends and have very strong relationships (very strange dynamic to be apart of)

Pros

My coworkers that I worked with day to day! Would not have made it through a sane week without them.

Cons

Appcast can be a difficult place to work due to limited opportunities for career growth and unclear paths for advancement. Management often handles situations in a reactive and disorganized way, leading to confusion and inconsistency across teams. The culture feels heavily focused on revenue and profitability, sometimes at the expense of delivering meaningful results for clients. Asking for a raise feels unnecessarily difficult and discouraging, adding to an already high-pressure environment where work stress often carries over into personal life. Additionally, I experienced unprofessional and at times intimidating behavior from management that felt like bullying. This treatment noticeably worsened after it became known that my father had been diagnosed with cancer, making an already challenging environment even more difficult to navigate.
