None I have felt so far

Actually the CEO is very ambitious and work driven. If you are looking to cook something beautiful in your career, you should work with people like him. The HR is very supportive and you will know it in an instance that these two people are the real ones in the company.

The problem begins with upper management. Very toxic and outdated. There is a new generation of workforce in place and they should learn how to create an environment for them. Outdated policies, constant toxic reminders, zero work life balance, no actual senior in management to learn from, zero task and deadline management. They won’t see and they don’t care the impact you bring through your work but will definitely mind if you were there in office for 9 hours or not. Also, everybody knows everyone’s salary there, which is not ethical.
