The people here are great to work with. Nice, engaged, and motivated to deliver the best results possible. They are also heavily invested in helping their staff grow their skills early on in their career.

Not much room for long term career growth given the size of the company, but they do offer a ton of knowledge and opportunities to grow your skills. Compensation is okay.

This company's greatest strength is its people. Everyone is great to work with and willing to stretch past their role to help you succeed. You'll definitely learn a lot of new skills here as well. As for the benefits, the PTO is abundant, the healthcare and retirement plans are great, and the pantry and beer fridge is always stocked.

Sometimes clients can be a pain, but upper management usually does a good job protecting the employees' time. There's also a lot of trial and error when it comes to changing processes; new ideas can have a negative affect on employee happiness at initial implementation, but things generally get better as we learn from mistakes.
